各高等院校:

今年是“十五五”规划的开局之年,也是推进中国式现代化实践向纵深发展的关键之年。当前,人工智能技术加速迭代,深刻重塑着信息传播与内容生产的方式。为深入学习习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,进一步贯彻落实全国教育大会精神,激发大学生的创新精神,提升新媒体创意表达与创新实践能力,搭建海内外高校青年思想碰撞、文化交融的优质平台,增进高校与业界之间互动交流,经研究,定于20265-10月举办第十届国际大学生新媒体节暨新媒体原创作品大赛。现将有关事项通知如下:

四、参赛详情

(一)参加对象

国(境)内外高校擅长设计、有创意的大学生(本专科生、研究生以及留学生)。

(二)大赛主题

AI 智联世界,青春创享未来

(三)赛程安排

1、参赛报名及作品网上提交时间:521-831日。

2、作品评选时间:9月下旬

3、新媒体节颁奖盛典:10月下旬

(四)参赛要求

大赛分为视频类、音频类、全景图类、创意创业类和AIGC类共五大类。

参赛作品围绕“青春中国”“美丽中国”“数字中国”“文化中国”“一带一路”“乡村振兴”“江南文化”“人工智能”等方向进行创作,展现当代大学生对时代发展的思考与担当。作品须内容健康、积极向上,立意新颖、富有正能量,充分体现新媒体技术与创意表达的融合。作者对作品有完整版权;参赛作品如侵犯肖像权、名誉权、隐私权、著作权、商标权等,主办方有权取消其参赛资格,涉及法律责任由参赛者承担。具体要求:

1、视频类(微电影、纪录片、动画片、短视频等)

1)作品内容积极向上,须为原创作品,可以部分取材于公众视频素材进行创造性地编辑制作,但不得超过总时长的1/5

2)不限拍摄工具及制作软件,不限微电影、纪录片、动画片、短视频等形式;统一制成H.264编码,MP4格式,宽高比16:9,分辨率为720P及以上,时长不超过30分钟;对白声音尽量使用普通话或英语,若情节需要使用方言需插入字幕。作品大小须限制500M以内(720P1080P及以上)。

2、音频类(广播、朗诵、配音等)

1)作品内容积极向上,须为原创作品;

2)广播、朗诵作品统一制成 MP3 格式,配音作品统一制成MP4格式;

3)所有作品均须提交文字稿,其中配音作品的文字稿内容需含影视剧名称、剧情简要、所配角色及台词,以word文档格式提交。

3、全景图类

1)作品内容积极向上,须为原创作品;

2)作品不限色调(彩色、黑白数码照片均可)、不限设备(手机、单反机等均可)、创作方式不限(摄影、手绘、3D),JPG格式;

3)拍摄作品要美观、有创意、富有特色,可进行一定后期处理;

4)合理使用全景标注点、视频、图文等,丰富全景展示内容;

5)单图或组图均可提交。

4、创意创业类(新工科类、新医科类、新农科类、新文科类等)

1)作品内容积极向上,须为原创作品;

2)新工科类包括大数据、云计算、人工智能、区块链、虚拟现实、智能制造、新材料等领域,符合新工科建设理念和要求的项目作品;新医科类包括现代医疗技术、智能医疗设备、食药保健、智能医学、生物技术、生物材料等领域,符合新医科建设理念和要求的项目作品;新农科类包括智慧农业、农业大数据、食品营养、休闲农业、森林康养、生态修复、农业碳汇等领域,符合新农科建设理念和要求的项目作品;新文科类包括文化教育、数字经济、融媒体、旅游休闲、动漫、文创设计与开发、电子商务、非物质文化遗产保护、社会工作等领域,符合新文科建设理念和要求的项目作品。项目具有原始创新或技术突破,取得一定数量和质量的创新成果(专利、创新奖励、行业认可等),在商业模式、产品服务、管理运营、市场营销、工艺流程、应用场景等方面取得突破和创新等;

3)参赛作品需提交完整商业计划书和项目PPT等。

5AIGC

1)作品内容积极向上,无知识产权争议或纠纷;

2)作品包括但不限于文生图、文生视频、文生音乐与数字技术深度融合的作品;

3)所有作品需提交作品及创作过程文案。文案须记录阶段性创作过程,通过截图+文字描述的方式体现创作思路与流程,描述AIGC工具被用于作品的环节,并提供生产作品的必要提示词(Prompts)、输入素材(垫图)、配置参数,以及对应环节的工具结果等说明。

(五)参赛注意事项

1、作品展示部分严禁出现参赛学生的院校、系、姓名及其他特殊标记;

2、作者人数:视频类不超过4/组;音频类不超过3/组;创意创业类不超过5/组;全景图类不超过3/组;AIGC类不超过2/组。指导教师不得超过2/组。

(六)参赛方式

参赛者请于2026521-831日在国际大学生新媒体节官网(gjxmtj.suda.edu.cn)报名并提交参赛作品。

(七)评选标准

专业评审团将从以下几个方面为参考依据进行综合评选:

1、美观性:内容和谐,有视/听觉冲击;

2、技术性:手法专业,作品呈现完整;

3、创意性/创新性:构思巧妙,有新意;有原始创新或技术突破;

4、传播性:能够引起普通用户的关注及共鸣;

5、故事性:通过作品抒**怀,能触发用户情感将作为加分项。

评选过程中,坚持公正、公开、公平的原则。

(八)奖项设置

1、一等奖0-5个,奖金10000元人民币/人(组);

2、二等奖0-15个,奖金5000元人民币/人(组);

3、三等奖0-25个,奖金1000元人民币/人(组);

4、组织奖若干;

5、优秀奖若干。

五、其他事项

(一)主办单位对参赛作品有研究、摄影、展示、宣传的权利;

(二)凡涉嫌抄袭、模仿他人作品者一律取消参评、展出资格,所产生的法律责任由作者负责;

(三)本赛最终解释权归国际大学生新媒体节组委会所有。

The 10th International College Students New Media Festival & New Media Original Work Contest

 

To All Higher Education Institutions:

This year marks the opening year of the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026–2030), and a crucial year for advancing Chinese modernization to a deeper level. At present, artificial intelligence is iterating at an accelerating pace and is profoundly reshaping the way information is disseminated and content is produced. In order to thoroughly study Xi Jinping Thought on Sociali** with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era; to further implement the spirit of the National Education Conference; to inspire the innovative spirit of college students; to enhance their capacity for creative expression and innovative practice in new media; to build a high-quality platform for ideological exchange and cultural fusion among university youth at home and abroad; and to strengthen interaction between universities and industry — after due deliberation, the 10th International College Students New Media Festival & New Media Original Work Contest will be held from May to October 2026. The relevant arrangements are hereby announced as follows:

IV. Competition Details

(1) Eligibility

Creative and design-oriented college students (undergraduates, postgraduates, and international students) from higher education institutions in China (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) and abroad.

(2) Theme

Connected by AI, Inspired by Youth

(3) Schedule

1.    Registration and online submission of works: May 21 – August 31, 2026.

2.    Evaluation of works: Late September 2026.

3.    New Media Festival Awards Ceremony: Late October 2026.

(4) Submission Requirements

The contest comprises five categories: Video, Audio, Panorama, Creative Entrepreneurship, and AIGC.

Submitted works should be created around themes such as “Youthful China”, “Beautiful China”, “Digital China”, “Cultural China”, “Belt and Road”, “Rural Revitalization”, “Jiangnan Culture”, and “Artificial Intelligence”, demonstrating contemporary college students’ reflections on, and commitment to, the development of our times. Works must be wholesome, positive, original in conception, full of positive energy, and should fully embody the integration of new-media technology and creative expression. The author must hold complete copyright over the work; if a submission infringes on portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, copyright, trademark rights, or other rights, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant, and any legal liability shall be borne by the participant. Specific requirements are as follows:

1. Video Category (Microfilms, Documentaries, Animations, Short Videos, etc.)

       Content must be wholesome and positive, and works must be original. Public video material may be creatively edited and incorporated, but such material must not exceed one fifth (1/5) of the total duration.

       No restrictions on filming equipment or production software, and no restriction on form (microfilm, documentary, animation, short video, etc.). All works must be encoded in H.264 and exported in MP4 format, with a 16:9 aspect ratio, a resolution of 720P or higher, and a duration not exceeding 30 minutes. Dialogue should preferably be in Mandarin Chinese or English; if dialect is required by the plot, subtitles must be embedded. File size must be limited to 500 MB or less (at 720P, 1080P, or higher).

2. Audio Category (Radio Pieces, Recitation, Dubbing, etc.)

       Content must be wholesome and positive, and works must be original.

       Radio and recitation works must be submitted in MP3 format; dubbing works must be submitted in MP4 format.

       All works must be accompanied by a written script. For dubbing works, the script must include the name of the film/TV drama, a brief plot synopsis, the character(s) dubbed, and the corresponding lines, submitted as a Word document.

3. Panorama Category

       Content must be wholesome and positive, and works must be original.

       No restriction on color treatment (both color and black-and-white digital images are accepted), no restriction on equipment (**artphones, DSLRs, etc.), and no restriction on creative method (photography, hand drawing, 3D); files must be in JPG format.

       Works should be aesthetically pleasing, creative, and distinctive; reasonable post-processing is permitted.

       Make appropriate use of panorama hotspots, embedded video, text and graphics, and so on, to enrich the panoramic presentation.

       Both single images and image series may be submitted.

4. Creative Entrepreneurship Category (New Engineering, New Medical Sciences, New Agricultural Sciences, New Liberal Arts, etc.)

       Content must be wholesome and positive, and works must be original.

       New Engineering covers fields such as big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, blockchain, virtual reality, intelligent manufacturing, and new materials — projects that align with the philosophy and requirements of New Engineering education. New Medical Sciences covers fields such as modern medical technology, intelligent medical devices, food and pharmaceutical health products, intelligent medicine, biotechnology, and biomaterials — projects that align with the philosophy and requirements of New Medical Sciences education. New Agricultural Sciences covers fields such as **art agriculture, agricultural big data, food and nutrition, leisure agriculture, forest wellness, ecological restoration, and agricultural carbon sequestration — projects that align with the philosophy and requirements of New Agricultural Sciences education. New Liberal Arts covers fields such as cultural education, the digital economy, integrated media, leisure and touri**, animation, cultural-creative design and development, e-commerce, intangible cultural heritage protection, and social work — projects that align with the philosophy and requirements of New Liberal Arts education. Projects should demonstrate original innovation or technological breakthroughs, and have achieved a reasonable quantity and quality of innovative results (patents, innovation awards, industry recognition, etc.), with breakthroughs and innovation in business model, products and services, management and operations, marketing, production processes, application scenarios, and so on.

       Entries must include a complete business plan and a project PPT, among other supporting materials.

5. AIGC Category

       Content must be wholesome and positive, with no intellectual-property disputes or controversies.

       Works include, but are not limited to, those that deeply integrate digital technology with text-to-image, text-to-video, and text-to-music generation.

       All entries must include both the finished work and a creation-process document. This document should record the creation process in stages, using screenshots together with written descriptions to illustrate the creative thinking and workflow, describe at which stages AIGC tools were used in the work, and provide the prompts used to generate the work, the input materials (reference images), the configuration parameters, and the corresponding tool outputs at each stage.

(5) Submission Notes

4.    The presentation portion of any work must not contain the participant’s institution, department, name, or any other identifying mark.

5.    Number of authors per entry: no more than 4 for the Video Category; no more than 3 for the Audio Category; no more than 5 for the Creative Entrepreneurship Category; no more than 3 for the Panorama Category; and no more than 2 for the AIGC Category. No more than 2 instructors per entry.

(6) How to Enter

From May 21 to August 31, 2026, participants should register and submit works on the official website of the International College Students New Media Festival (gjxmtj.suda.edu.cn).

(7) Evaluation Criteria

A panel of expert judges will conduct a comprehensive evaluation based on the following criteria:

1.    Aesthetic Quality — harmonious composition with visual / auditory impact.

2.    Technical Execution — professional craft**anship and a complete, polished presentation.

3.    Creativity / Innovation — ingenious conception and originality, with original innovation or technological breakthroughs.

4.    Communicative Impact — the ability to attract and resonate with general audiences.

5.    Storytelling — the ability to convey emotion through the work and to move the audience, counted as a bonus factor.

Throughout the evaluation process, the principles of fairness, openness, and impartiality shall be upheld.

(8) Awards

1.    First Prize: 0–5 awards, with a prize of RMB 10,000 per individual / team.

2.    Second Prize: 0–15 awards, with a prize of RMB 5,000 per individual / team.

3.    Third Prize: 0–25 awards, with a prize of RMB 1,000 per individual / team.

4.    Organizational Awards: several.

5.    Honorable Mention Awards: several.

V. Other Matters

(1)  The host institution reserves the right to study, photograph, exhibit, and publicize the submitted works.

(2)  Any work suspected of plagiari** or imitation of another’s work will be disqualified from evaluation and exhibition, and any resulting legal liability shall be borne by the author.

(3)  The final right of interpretation of this contest belongs to the Organizing Committee of the International College Students New Media Festival.
